Land in Loures

Land located in Pinheiro de Loures, Municipality of Loures, next to Quinta Santa Maria do Covão (about 15-minute driving distance from Lisbon). It has a triangular shape and an area of 12,816 sqm, the potential construction gross area approved in the subdivision project was considered, defining the land as plot 118 with an area of 3,150 sqm above the ground, allocated to tourist use. Part of the land has only undergrowth and in the westernmost area the land is covered by trees. It should be noted that there are slopes along the entire length with a southerly slope. There is currently no construction on the land and access to it is via the street to the north.
