Why invest in Cascais
Coast and capital together
Owners get a seaside lifestyle while staying within commuting distance of Lisbon by train or car.
An international community
Cascais has long attracted foreign residents and families, supported by several international schools in the municipality and nearby.
A family-home market
Demand is led by people who live here, not only by visitors, which favours long-term rentals and owner-occupiers.
A premium price level
Cascais is one of the most expensive housing markets in Portugal, so entry costs are higher and gross yields tend to be lower than in Lisbon's more affordable districts.
