Why invest on the Silver Coast
Within reach of Lisbon
The A8 motorway puts most of the Silver Coast about an hour from Lisbon, close enough for regular visits or a hybrid life between the two.
Lower entry prices
Prices per square metre are well below Lisbon and Cascais, so the same budget buys more space, often with a garden or sea view.
Atlantic lifestyle
Surf at Peniche and Nazaré, the Óbidos lagoon and walled town, and quieter beaches than the Lisbon coast.
A smaller, less liquid market
Fewer transactions than in the big cities mean resale can take longer, which suits buyers with a longer horizon.
