Visto D2

O Visto D2 é a via de Portugal para cidadãos de fora da UE, EEE e Suíça que querem viver em Portugal criando um negócio, adquirindo um já existente ou trabalhando como profissional independente. Não há um valor mínimo de investimento fixo - o que conta é um plano de negócios credível e bem documentado e a prova de que consegue sustentar o negócio e a si próprio. Preparamos o seu plano de negócios e supervisionamos a constituição da empresa, tratada com advogados locais especializados.

Objetivo

Feito para participação ativa. Pensado para quem cria uma empresa, adquire uma, ou atua como freelancer com uma ligação genuína a Portugal.

Prazo do processo

Claro e previsível. O visto é emitido poucos meses após um pedido completo e converte-se numa autorização de residência de 2 anos à chegada.

Investimento mínimo

Sem mínimo fixo. É necessário um plano de negócios viável e prova de fundos suficientes - normalmente a partir de cerca de €11.000 para um requerente no primeiro ano, mais para família acompanhante.

Período de renovação

2+3 anos. Autorização inicial de 2 anos, renovável por mais 3. A residência permanente pode ser pedida após 5 anos de residência legal.

Golden Visa

O Golden Visa é o programa de residência por investimento de Portugal, para cidadãos de fora da UE, EEE e Suíça que querem residência na UE sem se mudarem a tempo inteiro. Desde 2023, as vias elegíveis são baseadas em investimento e já não em imobiliário.

Objetivo

Uma via de capital passivo. Para investidores que querem opcionalidade na UE sem abdicar da sua base noutro lugar.

Prazo do processo

Estruturado e rigoroso. O processamento demora atualmente 12 a 24 meses devido ao atraso da AIMA, embora a autoridade tenha vindo a resolvê-lo de forma constante.

Investimento mínimo

€500.000 num fundo elegível. O imobiliário já não qualifica (essa via foi removida em 2023). Trabalhamos com consultores de fundos e podemos fazer a apresentação certa.

Período de renovação

Residência sem mudança. Apenas 7 dias no primeiro ano e 14 dias em cada período seguinte de dois anos. Residência permanente disponível após 5 anos.

What do I need for the D2 Visa?
Less than most people expect. There is no fixed minimum investment, what counts is a solid business plan and enough capital to support your activity and stay. This makes the D2 one of the most accessible and flexible routes into Portugal, and we help you build a strong, credible application.
How much time do I actually need to spend in Portugal?
As little or as much as you want. The Golden Visa asks for only a few days a year, ideal for investors who want a foothold in Europe without relocating. The D2 suits those ready to spend more time here. Either way, you know exactly what is expected before you commit.
Can this lead to Portuguese citizenship?
Yes, and it is a clear, well-trodden path. After five years of legal residency you can apply for citizenship, with a straightforward Portuguese language test (A2) and a clean record. Both the Golden Visa and the D2 count toward that five-year timeline from day one.
Can I invest and handle everything from abroad?
