Smith & Adams entered the market with a focus on the real estate and Golden Visa advisory sector. Furkan Ismail and Suelen Pires worked closely with strategic partners who handled sales and property management. Beyond transactions, the focus was on building lasting trust and laying the groundwork for a different kind of real estate experience.
The Campolide Project
The Campolide Project came to life from a heartfelt desire to share that cozy, authentic ‘Lisboeta’ soul with our guests. Spanning more than 10 buildings, we are creating a community where modern living breathes through the warmth of tradition. Embracing the continuous process of nurturing and refining urban spaces, we ensure that every corner evokes a true sense of belonging, a sanctuary where you don’t just stay, but truly feel at home.

Hygge Kaffe
The acquisition of Hygge Kaffe officially wove the Hygge philosophy into the soul of Smith & Adams.
Dubai Office
Smith & Adams’ vision travelled across borders with the opening of a new office in Dubai, bringing us closer to our clients on the other side of the world.
Hygge Baixa Hotel Opening
In the heart of Lisbon, the Hygge Baixa Hotel opened its doors as an urban sanctuary, a place where our signature design meets the art of slowing down.
Hygge Fanqueiros
Smith & Adams assumed the Hygge Fanqueiros project, evolving our kaffe soul into a boutique stay. It is a historic retreat where the comfort of a home meets the ritual of a perfect coffee. The acquisition and development of these hotel apartments and our unique coffee concept have redefined the standard of B&Bs in Portugal.
The project will be concluded and ready to be delivered in 2028.
Hygge House Beato
The Hygge Beato project marks the pinnacle of our vision: creating vibrant, soulful spaces where thoughtful design meets a deep sense of belonging. With 137 curated studios within an apart-hotel structure, this flagship development is a turning point for Smith & Adams, positioning us among the leading hospitality operators in Portugal.
Our vision is coming to life in stages, with the Phase 1 handover scheduled for March 2027.
